Ingredients
4 Wasa Multi Grain Crispbreads
4 tbs marinara sauce
4 slices of burrata
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
A pinch of salt, to taste
a pinch of pepper, to taste
1 tsp truffle oil
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbs red pepper flakes
1 tbs oregano
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line up your Wasa Multi Grain crispbreads on a baking sheet and top each with 1 tablespoon marinara, a slice of burrata, a slice of tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper.

 

2. Bake for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is slightly melted.

 

3. Once out of the oven, finish your crispbreads with a spritz of lemon juice, a drizzle of truffle oil and a sprinkle with parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and oregano
